Coordinated and instructed customers and businesses how to use programmable systems, equipment’s and services. Provided provisioning with AT&T Computerized System/provisioning: ACIS, ASON, CCS, ECORP, eLINK, Crim, CCTP, Intranet, and Telegence.Highly positive and enthusiastic style capable of motivating others.
