Daily Duties at At&T:

Construed, expounded, translated and presented accurate and pertinent information with reverence to products, services, policies, customer assurance, and procedures to capture future business, while maintaining existing business. Advocated and promoted products and Services focused on customer requisites and essentials. Detected and resolved problems concerning billing, sales, and service, and delinquent account issue. Troubled-shooted and functioned as a help desk for 500 plus customers daily, assisted customers with complex technical related services, worked to meet revenue goals, commitments, and targets. Coordinated and instructed customers and businesses how to use programmable systems, equipment’s and services. Provided provisioning with AT&T Computerized System/provisioning: ACIS, ASON, CCS, ECORP, eLINK, Crim, CCTP, Intranet, and Telegence.Highly positive and enthusiastic style capable of motivating others.
