Daily Duties at Climatemaster Inc:
• Completed temporary role supporting manufacturing and quality operations, quickly achieving product improvements and streamlining assembly functions. through Lean Manufacturing practices and Kaizan events, also valvue steam mapping. • Instituted policy for quality auditors to closely cooperate with production staff, resulting in quicker identification and resolution of problems and preventing production line shutdown.I was over the manufacturing engineering, and the Quality department. I worked closely with production to improve the manufacturability of the product thru jigs and fixtures, also added subassemblies for ease of assembly. Also had the quality auditors work closer with the production employee to help solve problems before the issue shut down a production line.
