Daily Duties at Miller Nash Llp:
CRM Management •Provides ongoing communication with attorneys regarding CRM database •Monitors CRM database for new entries, history review and synching reports •Provides training and education, communicates with staff firm-wide on basic and advanced CRM uses; trains new staff / attorneys; and implements firm-wide business development initiatives through the CRM database •Provides ongoing CRM database management and reporting •Works with attorneys to develop client event and seminar mailing lists, including electronic mailings •Assists with mailing lists for internal and external newsletters and publications Marketing Initiatives •Responds to daily client service / marketing requests •Assists with client events •Assists with marketing projects Website Management and Business Analytics •Coordinates and/or implements Website updates, structure and programing, and archiving •Responsible for daily Website updates, content changes, and Website monitoring •Provides business intelligence reports to client service team members •Provides regular update on targeted business intelligence software reports to track efforts and confirm focus. •Provide research into SEO and keyword strategy. Social Media Strategist •Manages the firm’s social media presence by updating and monitoring the firm on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook; coordinates activities with marketing team •Tracks trends in social media •Provides training to attorneys seeking social media training
