•Led strategy, business and risk analysis to launch multifunctional Learning Management System (LMS) for EMEA and domestic business supporting financial, operational, sales and training departments. •Led internal and external technical support groups to synchronize company’s business model with LMS. •Prepared status reports, project plans, budget, gap analysis, risk analysis, authentication, consolidation and data migration. •Implemented application aligned with risk compliance requirements, using RDBMS, SDLC and Agile methodologies. •Created business and functional specification, goals and characterized business-wide resources, worked with multinational business units, external users and technical teams, supported with project status communication. •Collaborated with stakeholders, operational and technology teams, identified areas for risk and operational improvement. •Led full life cycle of LMS implementation, prepared business and technical requirements, project plans, data migration.
