Daily Duties at Gardner & Kewley:
Represented clients including federal, state and local agency owners, engineering and architectural designers, contractors, subcontractors, construction material suppliers and sureties in civil lawsuits arising out of private construction contracts including design and construction defects in building HVAC systems, wall systems and envelope failures. Read and analyzed hundreds of depositions, assisted in legal writing, reviewed trial binders, researched legal issues, wrote legal memoranda, and drafted various legal documents.
