Daily Duties at Dr Horton, Inc.:
Generate new clients. Sell new construction, and follow through from dirt to completion. Set all appointments for clients; including loan application and completing necessary paperwork, providing necessary documentation and doing so in a timely manner. Responsible for communication with all departments, i.e. construction, customer service,mortage company, design center, vendors we contracted with. Held presentations at several Real Estate Offices, and other places in order to educate them on all 27 DR Horton communities, locations, contacts & pricing. Responsible for marketing my own communities. Created ads, signage, flyers. Cold calls & Internet Leads. Referral business from many clients. SEE RESUME FOR OTHER JOBS
