• Oversee multiple Project Managers across the region • Insure excellent customer service is provided through ongoing evaluation of performance metrics • Manage employee performance while maintaining high moral • Manage company expenses insuring revenue and cash flow goals are met on a consistent basis • In addition to the field team, Managed dispatch and a fleet of 200+ vehicles including the approval of maintenance needs for every vehicle • Insure warehousing operations are at optimum levels in all markets thus insuring losses are at an absolute minimum • Insure optimum communications flow through at all levels of the organization • Maintain excellent client relationships • Insure conflict resolution • Ongoing management of change to insure the organization stays competitive in today’s environment • Assist with expansion into new markets
