Daily Duties at Baton Rouge International:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, 2 Directors, and 50 engineers. Coordinate travel and relocation for employees. Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices. Process monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes. Facilitate the accurate and timely writing, editing, and preparation of final copy from draft to distribution. Support senior level executives. Coordinate travel and relocation for employees. Implemented effective strategies and solutions to streamline administrative processes and procedures.
