Start up director of District Literacy Coach Program funded through Title I; set goals and objectives, identified professional development for coaching team, designed professional development for administrators, teachers, community stakeholders, and students. Title I Program Coordinator: Grant writing, budget oversite, designed and facilitated professional development to ensure teacher/paraprofessional quality High Ability Program Coordinator: Grant writing, budget oversite, curriculum research and implementation, professional development design and facilitation to ensure teacher and program quality. Served on district Curriculum and Assessment team reporting to Assistant Superintendent. Served on district Administration team reporting to Superintendent.
