Managed and implemented for nearly three (3) years the grant funded programs PROJECT LEARN and Junior Staff Career Development, educational consultant for six (6) areas clubs which provided learning materials and activities for members, supervisor for two (2) assistant coordinators, developed program training modules for area club directors, managed monthly budgets for events and activities, coordinated cooperative training for club members, conducted recruiting and telemarketing efforts to increase membership, promoted educational programs via local radio and television stations, developed and coordinated the first career fair for the clubs and increased membership for northwest Indiana clubs.
