Served 3yrs as a Residential counselor for at-risk males age 12-18, administered OTC and prescribed medication, provided transportation, managed and assessed daily and weekly progress reports, coordinated group sessions relating to life skill development, applied various techniques for social skill enhancement in accordance with individual treatment plans, assisted case manager with billing, submitted daily and weekly ending notes, administered therapeutic plans and certified for therapeutic crisis intervention.
