- Manage mainframe and mid-range application development team, maintenance and production support teams of various sizes for Corporate Banking division for Australia and NZ. - Manage multiple projects and teams from diverse geographic locations (onshore/offshore) - Collaborate and liaise with the operations staff of the global finance division, liaison with the technology divisions, Internal Security Control, data center and other application team in Asia Pacific technology at Singapore & Hong Kong. - Architect and Designed major business applications on IBM Main Frame - Organized training and mentoring/coaching the team - Perform Asst. Technology Head role during for Australia & NZ technology divisions
