 Served as Lead Mechanical Engineer on various projects including large scale data centers for national and international clients in the financial, insurance and high tech business sectors.  As Project Manager for energy projects assisted clients with reductions in energy use.  Owner of thermal comprehensive assessment packaged services portfolio.  Responsible for the development of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Document for HP Container solution and the development of TCO Document for roll out of FlexDC Initiative.  Initiated business strategies to leverage state energy programs incentives for project development.  Created processes and tools to assist HP sales in developing and maximizing HP CFS opportunities.  Developed HP TS/ HP CFS Integration Programs used to maximize HP CFS revenue growth.  Based on client Request for Proposals developed appropriate documents.  Identified and developed emerging trends in the mission critical business sector.  Performed mission critical facilities energy efficiency assessments for various clients
