My core responsiblity was to meet and greet customers and determine their needs in regards to purchasing a new, used or fleet vehicle. In this process, gaining the trust and repoire was paramount in increasing the chances of a customer purchasing a vehicle and keeping them for life. I also assisted other salepeople, service & parts personnel and the business office in problem solving and/or keeping customer satisfaction at a high level. I also was responsible for informing customers about all products and services offered by my company and maintaining a thorough knowledge of these products and services in order to find the right fit for the customer. Most importantly, I represented my company and customers with the upmost intregrity and respect in order to keep customers coming back for life.
