Conduct presentations, in-service trainings throughout northern Indiana, conduct member orientations, partner with health providers, businesses, community and faith-based organizations on events to foster HIP, HHW and other health related topics; Increase enrollment vs. competitor in target region; manage and budget monthly expenses for regional travel and events; provide weekly reports regarding regional business development; facilitator for quarterly in-service trainings; provide quarterly schedule of events and member orientations; manage and distribute promotional items for outreach; appeared on local television and radio programs promoting HIP/HHW; hosted and coordinated a local health fair in region conveying HIP and other health related topics, etc.
