Daily Duties at Exeltech Consulting, Inc:
• Develop, write, and produce proposals in response to RFPs by various government agencies for multi-million dollar transportation projects. Meet with potential clients or teaming partners to discuss upcoming projects. Lead weekly strategy and follow up meetings before RFPs are released. Coordinate all aspects of proposal writing and production, including project descriptions, graphic design, team coordination (up to 15 members), schedules and deadlines, document review meetings, final assembly and layout, proofreading, and physical production. Manage post-proposal activities including preparation of presentation, coaching presenter, and debriefing. Develop marketing and communications strategies to cultivate new business. Also prepare firm-wide collateral materials.
