Major pursuits: work with technical engineering staff to identify, track, strategize and prepare for major proposal efforts with public transportation agencies. Projects include design-build and design-bid-build and vary in disciplines, but include: transit, complex bridges, major freeways and interchanges, tolling infrastructure, heavy rail as well as site/civil. Track client relationship activities with targeted owners. Setting, overseeing, tracking budgets for marketing pursuits and proposals.
