Administrate and service eleven Fortune 500 Company stock plans; representing over 80,000 employee accounts – Including complicated tax strategies: Restricted Stock, ISO/NSO Stock Options, ESPP, Re-grants, Bankruptcies, Re-pricing and Control Stock. Assisted with the vetting of SalesForce.com implementation for tracking and restructuring.
