Daily Duties at Stephens Inc:

Scope of duties consist of serving as focal point for the Latin American division with offices in New York, Miami, Florida, Washington, DC, Mexico & Brazil. Responsible for managing division expenses, technology support, employee relations management, and oversight of remote facilities. ➢ Within the only international group, oversee operations in support of six international bankers, ensuring effective communication, policy compliance, and process coordination with headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas; establish and implement department-specific policy. ➢ Effectively liaise with C-level clients throughout South America and Asia in support of investment banking activities, including but not limited to event planning, securing VISAs for international travel, international client billing, deal related document handling, and fee(s) collection. ➢ Within NYC office, Internal Consultant on a range of matters, including but not limited to personnel management, policy and procedure development, administrative workflow, and facility issues.
