Daily Duties at Aramark Business Dining:
Oversee multi-unit food & beverage operations within Fairchild Air Force base with a total base population of 9500 military and civilian contractors: Position is conduit between senior base leadership and ARAMARK senior leadership. The project is part of the Air Force (FTI) Food Transformation Initiative. P&L operations consist of two separate dining facilities, staffed solely with ARAMARK personnel. Ten Pins is a quick serve & pizza concept located in the base family funs center & bowling alley. Final Point Bar & Grill is a full service restaurant & bar concept. Directly responsible for operational oversight of two high volumes Military Essential Feeding Facilities (MEFF) Staffed with military, two civilian sub-contractors and ARAMARK culinary staff. Food Service Director: Royal Caribbean Cruises ltd, Springfield, OR Opening Food Service Director for this facility. A key area of expertise and accomplishment was in client relations with Royal Caribbean senior leadership. Oversee all aspects of food service operation for 1000 employee facility. Everyday responsibilities and management functions included service standards, quality control, and marketing, budgeting, accounting and reporting. Manage all areas of catering for on-site client as well as non-client catering events.
