* Collaborated with internal IBM and external technical teams, to coordinate the deployment of software development and best practices product * Mentor project managers and technical teams in being agile and the adoption of iterative development * Led the IT Service Management RUP team and authored the first RUP plug-in (RUP with Information Technology System Management (ITSM) Connection), bridging the gap between IT Operations and IT Development * Utilized a variety of project management tools in defining scope, establishing objectives, assigning workloads and tracking project milestones. * Major contributor to the development of Rational Method Composer (RMC), EPF/OpenUP, RUP 7.1 * Designed and developed an RUP for COTS Package Delivery Process plug-in. * Integrated software development best practices, methods, techniques, and examples into the RUP process
