Department mangement (Ten Depts.)Personnel Supervision (25 people), Iventory management, Management of monthly schedule. Training of personnel in policies and procedures. Training of personnel in lean manufacturing practices. Implimentation of lean and 5S practices. Prioritization of daily, weekly and monthly task inorder to best meet customer demands. Interface with customer in order to manage engineering, quality and schedule demands. Interface with internal quality and contracts depts. to provide realistic pricing and lead times to customer. Interface with government and customer representives to best meet customer and government needs. Manage overhead spending. Manage overtime.
