Daily Duties at Gage Merchandising Services:
Hired, trained and managed a team of trainers dispersed regionally to address management and associate training for a national merchandising company. Assisted in major recruiting/hiring initiatives and other strategic company goals including development of corporate policy manual. Consulted with clients to develop customer specific training programs (videos, manuals and presentations). Conducted training needs analyses, designed/developed and facilitated training to address targeted needs.
