Daily Duties at Simplexity:
Oversaw global IVR call center software, duties included; creation/updates for the IVR, Queues, messaging, user set up, as well as weekly maintenance updates to the flat file. Participated in the daily evaluation, analysis, administration and maintenance of voice, data and the call center communications systems.
