Daily Duties at Walt Disney World:

Collaborated with external businesses and government agencies to redefine the vision and mission for front-line leaders, middle managers and top executives to assist organizations in performing to the next level of service in their industry. Work included taking a comprehensive look at all aspects of a company’s experience in leadership, people management and customer loyalty to design a strategy to redefine the vision and mission of an organization in an effort to stay on purpose. Other clients include Orlando Magic/Amway Center and National Football League/Super Bowl XL VI.
