Daily Duties at Niit Ltd:
Develop, document, review, and deploy business processes conforming to ISO 9000 for various businesses of the company, including IT services; Franchise process for IT and S&M education centers; call center management for hardware support; marketing, sales, delivery and support, of business and engineering software products; and commercial services including purchasing, warehouse distribution, and infrastructure projects, as well as HR services.
