Daily Duties at Peebles Inc:
Personally responsible to design and implement tax stratgies for all business operations and entity structuring. Calculated and forecasted effective tax rate for corporations which allow company to keep estimated tax payments to a minimum. Set up and registed at state and local levels corporations when doing business in that locality or state. Planned and budgeted local license fees and personal property taxes. Prepared tax provisons including calculations to handle FASB 109 accounting. Provided recommendations to stockholders to optimize tax structures for their benefit by taking several corporations to Sub-chapter S status. Consistently worked to keep all corporation in compliance on federal, state and local levels.
