This included establishing the legal framework, hiring and training of staff and being responsible to the partners for reporting the operating results. Duties included development of current and long range plans and to report on progress of plans. Prepared financial reports, tax returns did analysis on potential business proposals and contracts. Responsible for employee develoment and training, to organize partner meetings, research new product lines and to help build client base.
