Daily Duties at Circuit Provisioning Center:

Provisioning high capacity circuits. troubleshooting circuit issues and refering to appropriate engineering group for resolution. Supervised 20 plus associates. Training new employees. Design, coordinate, and provision High Capacity digital data systems and circuits from local Serving Wire Centers to customers. Respond to trouble tickets and jeopardy orders by redesigning circuits and changing facilities assignments. Answer pre-order service requests from customers and sales agents for facilities, and provide firm order commitments. Monitor and forecast usage and availability of embedded equipment and facilities. Managed the provisioning of high-speed customer data circuits at regional circuit provisioning center. Coordinated the efforts of several other departments to affect the timely provisioning of customer data services. Analyzed departmental performance data for utilization by department head. Optimized the presentation of performance data through the use of self-designed spreadsheets and flow charts. Coached and supervised non-management personnel to conform to departmental provisioning procedures. Worked as a team with the other Supervisors within the CPC group to provide support assistance on a daily basis. Work to resolve escalated Requests for Manual Assistance (RMA) orders coming out of the MetaSolv and other systems. Communicate effectively with team, peers, Manager and CPC business partners on a daily basis. Provides training, proper tools and guidance to support staff to effectively meet and exceed performance standards. Monitor work queues for orders requiring provisioning and delegate workload to team in a timely manner. Assist in creating, documenting and facilitating training of the team. Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements; company standards, culture and business practices.
