Daily Duties at Fiducial Business Centers:

Supervised the work force of 12 accounting and bookkeeping associates in several branch offices through the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. Was responsible for the cumulation of the day to day production information to ensure branch was in compliance with corporate procedures and guidelines. Monthly this information was used to provide senior management reports including client growth, client contact, associate growth and production reports. Also required to secure permanent and temporary staffing and training the associates. Annually reviewed each clients information to determine fee review increase for monthly clients and for the preparation of annual budgets for each of the branches under my supervison. Provided senior managment with the long range projections for the branches and the required staff needed to meet budget.
