• Resolved issues with Dell and Lenovo laptops running XP and Windows 7 remotely using WebEx • Registered, authorized and configured Blackberry Bold and Torch handhelds and IPHONE’s • Worked with AT&T and Verizon Wireless Business Services to resolve smartphone issues • Created user accounts, Distribution groups, Dynamic Filters, SMTP Aliases and various groups • Created BES and Exchange Active Sync accounts for Blackberry and IPHONE users • Remotely migrated user accounts to new laptops and setup exchange accounts, imported contacts, .PST and .NK2 files • Remotely fixed wireless issues with the GE utilized Odyssey wireless client on laptops • Tested VPN connectivity through open guest wireless networks and implemented fixes to Juniper Host Checker and Network Connect, Internet Explorer automatic configuration scripts and Proxy server’s remotely through WebEx • Created profiles in Microsoft Outlook 2010 reconfiguring users on various Exchange servers from Ohio to Georgia • Utilized Service Now for ticket tracking, incident logging and completion
