Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

• Research, analyze, underwrite, structure and negotiate new loans, troubled loans and loans in transition and present recommendations to management for input and approval. • Review profitability of troubled loans to determine if potential restructure provides sufficient return relative to the risk involved. • Research current market and continue to monitor $250MM portfolio to identify any potential issues or anticipated further overall deterioration in credit quality. • Coordinate activities of the deal team to ensure for timely and efficient closing. • Oversee three junior portfolio managers, to ensure accurate risk assessment, timely completion of quarterly monitoring, data integrity and compliance to Bank policies as it relates to $250MM portfolio.
