Analyzed phone and field service tickets for field failure trends; created repair tickets for identified trends; assigned and expedited cases to five subject matter experts for resolution; and monitored problem resolution progress from start to finish. Prepared and presented weekly status reports to senior executive management. Ensured lessons learned were incorporated into to products in planning stages and under development.
