Grow participation of financial advisors using originated client solutions by capital markets for clients needs. Client solutions included Equity Syndicate, Preferred Syndicate, structured products, and certificate of deposits. Build brand awares in the home office building relationships with product managers through adding value by bundling client solutions with capital markets and other product areas that would offer enhanced returns while migating risk. Travel through out the US, speaking & educating Financial Advisors in branch, regional and national meeting.
