Solicited by a former manager to participate in resolving worldwide, Consumer Product Safety Commission, recall of over 160,000 products. Developed tracking metrics methodology; collected data; maintained daily status report; and reported recall repair status to senior management. Interfaced with authorized service personnel and customers; negotiated repair rates; defined repair schedules; resolved problems; and ensured repairs were completed to customer's satisfaction.
