Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Advisors:

Manage, supervise, coach, counsel 36 financial advisors and 14 staff to provide the best of breed client service, complying with federal and state regulation to assist clients, their families and business to reach the financial goals and dreams through two offices in RI, while recruiting seasoned advisors from the competition, planning and executing business plans, hosting client events, organizing and leading financial advisor participation in community events, creating daily, weekly, and monthly newsletter promoting successful business practices, writing and reviewing performance reviews, creating and managing branch and complex budgets, controlling expenses, reviewing client accounts to comply with regulatory rules and regulations, passing annual compliance and operation audits to proctect the clients and the firm.
