Estimate mechanical, electrical, plumping and production costs and define profitability objectives. Conduct cost estimation and submit tender documents, bid documents, and follow-up with sales representatives, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, general contractors, and customers. Assist sales force in achieving customer requirements and expectations through practical solutions; train and motivate employees. Represent company and develop relationships with potential clients at trade shows and conferences, locally and globally.
