In vivo models of colorectal cancer with targeted therapies o Evaluated anticancer compounds in different cancer cell lines of various histological origins. o Evaluated In vitro metabolism: Cytochrome P450 isoenzyme inhibition or induction. o Evaluation of anti-cancer using in vivo pharmacological models (i.e. anti-tumor efficacy in nude mice xenograft and rodent models). o As the lab animal coordinator, wrote animal protocols and provided in vivo support. o Mentored and trained Medical undergraduate and master students in various experimental techniques
