Daily Duties at At Home Healthcare:

Coordinated patient care with nurses. Observed, documented and reported clinical and treatment information, including patients' behavioral changes. Assisted patient with motion exercises and other rehabilitative measures. Took and recorded blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and bodyweight. Assisted with ambulating and mobilization of patients. Collected specimens for required medical tests. Provided emotional and support services to patients and their families. Assisted patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and dietary planning
