Daily Duties at Caci:
Senior Manager / Portfolio Director, CACI Intel Solutions Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program areas including technical work, staff supervision of assigned technical and administrative staff, subordinate managers and directors, and provided oversight of personnel actions. Responsible for program(s) with minimum annual revenues of $20-25 million. Plan, monitor, and provided information for new business opportunities, provided management oversight on project controls, and reporting project metrics, as appropriate, to senior management and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities includes the development and presenting formal briefings (Gates) on strategic & tactical opportunities, develop and manage applicable budgets, and ensure full compliance with project plans. Provide oversight to ensure timely deliverables and properly handled/delivered. Serve as the strategic market area expert. Grow the business every year by working with the customer to increase market penetration. Prepare and keep current divisional business plans that are shared by other divisions and Corporate management. Assist Business Development in attaining the assigned annual sales order to ensure that customer service opportunities are identified and actions are taken on all prospects within our core competencies. Secure renewal of the services contract ongoing.
