Bargaining recruitment and retention. Identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, site visits, offers, contracts, placement and orientation. Consulting with management in developing staffing plan. Working closely with multiple Executive level managers developing networks of industry and community sourcing for retention purposes. Providing a positive image for the organization while promoting mission values and vision.
