Daily Duties at Sparta, A Parsons Company:

Director, Joint Operations and Technologies (CIA, NGA, NRO, DoD, FBI) Assigned to direct transition/integration of the legacy Sparta/McMunn into the Parsons culture with focus on the synergies that align with current, near term, and future white spaces. Oversee the operations of the business division, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality and productivity while minimizing costs, waste and ineffectiveness. Responsible for the direction and supervision of all competitive efforts across the IC community. Serve as the strategic market area expert across targeted customers. Responsible for developing and advancing a trusted relationship within all levels of customer's organization. Responsibilities include facilitating opportunity identification, marketing the full range of corporate capabilities, facilitating industry relationships, and maximizing internal collaboration. Focal areas include the development of roadmaps identify emerging opportunities and provide solutions that leverage existing Sparta core capabilities across the assigned market area. Research, evaluate, formulate, recommend and execute strategic and tactical pursuit plans for selected new opportunities. Develop strategies (win themes), management solution, technical solution, teaming, pricing recommendations), coordinate corporate resources, assess competition, build teams of subcontractors, present decision gate briefings to executive management, and manage assigned selling budget.
