Serving as executive assistant to the management team, managing high volume phone system, functioning as primary liaison to customers and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. Hired and assisted in training staff members, while time keeping and tracking performance issues. Quickly became a trusted assistant to the company president, executive staff and office manager and earned a reputation for maintaining a positive attitude and producing high-quality teams. Scheduling patient appointments for Primary Care and all Specialties. Disseminating scheduling guidelines to staff. Diffusing patient complaints, adjusting time cards to ensure employees are paid correctly. Arrange all meetings for the department, and interviews for potential new hires. Enforce all performance improvement plans to increase employee productivity. Create and maintain department vacation, lunch and break calendars to ensure proper phone coverage for the entire organization this includes 155 providers along with entire support staff.
