Daily Duties at Welcome Home Health :

Responsible for technology and product management strategy to drive improvements to the solution, and sales and marketing groups to identify opportunities to expand usage of applications. Drive the overall vision for the business and provide intelligence to support costing strategy. Participate in legal and contractual review. Lead overall execution of service agreements and memo of understandings (MOU's) with clients. Ensures corporate recruiting is briefed on the pursuit and additional positions to be filled. Assist in preparation of Go/No Go decisions. • Provide experience and expertise to create the strategic foundation for client customer communication. • Advise account leaders and team consultants on communication strategy, optimization and measurement of client marketing activities. • Partner with client services, analytics, campaign operations and creative teams to understand target audience. • Develop guidelines and recommend ways to optimize the effectiveness of existing initiatives and designing new initiatives to ensure appropriate evolution of communication. • Drive technology options and develop recommendations, including social media opportunities and mobile device integration, as well as new and emerging media. • Work as part of the executive team to ensure cutting edge channel and customer contact strategies are imbedded in new loyalty/retention program design. • Create and oversee strategic plans and implementation for on-boarding new customers.
