Daily Duties at Lightbridge:

I researched the industry to determine what new products our company should implement. I came up with Prepay Cellular billing, by which the customer's balance was calculated real-time. When the customer ran out of money, then a call in process would receive a warning and eventually terminated. Once the concept was accepted, I created a team to implement the design with Ericsson communications and personally project managed and performed the first four implementations. Project manager for the first four installations. Trained the people on the help desk to support the customers. Assessing customer requests to determine how to implement requested changes. Created design change documents. Maintained project management documents, project plan, risk, action items, etc. Worked with the end users and project sponsors to ensure the development items were achieving customer satisfaction. Second tier support, performed the trouble shooting for customers.
