Daily Duties at Advantage 360 :

Technical sales support, RFP's, RFI, Technical Presentations, contractual agreement and GAP analysis. Ensuring that Advantage 360 is meeting or exceeding their support contract. Running scrum sessions to advance the software product. Design and review source code management strategies to improve the speed of implementation and quality of the delivery. Update and modify the project management approach to meet or exceed customer's expectations. Projects provided consistent challenges as work volume often exceeded resources available, requiring inventive solutions. Maintain and control risks related to projects. Maintain and control action items list related to the project. Tracking and evaluating a project ensuring that it is progressing on-time and within budget. Examining the industry to define additional projects that could expanding our offerings or provide a bigger sales footprint. Help desk support ensuring that existing customers had issues resolved timely and accurately. Positive path testing of new items developed.
