Design engineer, construction observer, and surveyor for this two person engineering consulting firm. Analyzed existing bridge structures and made removal and replacement recommendations. Observed existing bridge removals. Designed new footings for replacement bridges. Provided survey layout, staking, and observation of the construction of the footings which included setting anchor bolt locations onto which the prefabricated bridge structure was set in place. Analyzed existing storm sewer system. Conducted a feasibility study for upgrading the system, designed the chosen upgrade, prepared the bidding documents and provided construction layout, and observation of the installation of the new storm sewer.
