Daily Duties at Earth Tech:

Oversaw and administered various construction projects. Established and maintained field office, filing system, and required equipment. Acted as liaison between client and contractor. Coordinated with Certifying Engineer to ensure construction complied with plans, and specifications. Reviewed and made recommendations for payment of contractor applications for payment. Reviewed contractors’ schedules of values to ensure conformance with Contract requirements. Reviewed contractor change order requests and determined fair value and entitlement. Observed the testing of systems and equipment. Monitored operational start-up. Coordinated the receipt and distribution of operation and maintenance manuals. Coordinated training, and turnover of systems to operations personnel. Coordinated the preparation of final punch lists. Authored weekly and monthly progress reports.
