Ensured compliance with all contract provisions for architect of record, general contractor, independent testing lab and other professional service consultants and documented and reported deficiencies to superiors as required. Coordinated with sister agencies to resolve any intergovernmental issues. Conducted lessons learned interview sessions for completed projects. Authored evaluations of vendor performance. Facilitated resolution to construction and non-construction issues related to projects.
