My most recent role at Blue Bunny was as a member of the company's Total Process Management Team ICE (Ingredient Cost Eliminators) to streamline the production/supply chain process and thereby avoid creating waste. My job title was Marketing Production Coordinator, and I performed this role while being part of Team ICE. As part of the marketing production team, I managed the packaging projects. I was responsible for making sure the 100+ ongoing packaging design projects were completed on-time and within scope. I made sure project deadlines for our internal design teams and our external design firms were met, through weekly cross-functional team meetings, monthly conference calls and preproduction meetings at the time of project kick-off. I reported project milestones and budget information to stakeholders, tracking this information for all active projects.
